Brown spots and freckles
Freckles are small flat brown marks arising on the face and other sun exposed areas. They are most often seen in fair skinned people, especially those with red hair, but they are an inherited characteristic that sometimes affect darker skin types as well.
Treatment of brown marks Brown spots generally appear on exposed skin areas like the face, back, neck, chest, shoulders and hands. Some of the main causes of brown spots are sun exposure, aging, and genetics. Factors like stress, pregnancy, vitamin deficiencies, and weak liver functioning may also contribute to this problem.
Lemon juice has bleaching properties that can help get rid of brown spots. Plus, it helps maintain soft, clear and beautiful skin.
Apply buttermilk on your brown spots using a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes before washing the area with water. If you have oily skin or acne, you can also add some lemon juice to the buttermilk. Another option is to mix four teaspoons of buttermilk and two teaspoons of tomato juice together and then apply this mixture on the affected skin. Repeat either of these remedies once or twice daily until you are satisfied with the results.
Use a cotton ball to apply castor oil on the affected area. Gently massage the area for a few minutes. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off. Do this once in the morning and once at night to help the brown spots fade and make your skin tone even.
Honey or Raw Potato Juice
Massaging with raw potato juice and honey on the dark spot is a good option to make the dark spots to fade from your skin. You can even apply vitamin E oil to massage on the affected area. This method helps you remove whiteheads present on your skin.
Tomato juice combined with lemon juice is a best home remedy to lighten up blemishes, freckles, dark spots, dark pigmentation and discoloration. Taking this juice once in a day will provide an efficient solution for brown spots.
