These macrofibrils twist together forming cortical fibrils that are embedded in a high sulphur protein.

Make a natural hair masque using two egg yolks, a teaspoon of honey, and a two teaspoons of fresh coconut milk. Apply this mixture to your hair and keep it on for at least an hour. This natural conditioner will help to strengthen and nourish your hair. You can also use a mixture of beet root juice and lemon juice to add lusture to your hair. Although it may take a couple of weeks to for visible results, unlike most cosmetic products that try to mask dull or dry hair superficially, natural conditioners work from the inside out by actually repairing damaged hair. Try and steam your hair at least once a month to ensure that your hair oil penetrates the hair follicles.

Massaging scalp with Vitamin E oil once a week beneficial for the hair:

How often should you massage your scalp with Vitamin E oil? Vitamin E oil is believed to be very beneficial for hair and can help restore your hair to its shining healthy glory. However, you should know that too much of anything can’t be good. You should follow this with regard to Vitamin E oil also. You should restrict massaging scalp with Vitamin E oil to once a week. In addition to doing this, you can also use Vitamin E capsules on your hair. These work particularly well if you have damaged hair. Hair that has split ends or look dull can benefit with some Vitamin E. All you have to do is cut open the Vitamin E capsules and apply the gel inside on the damaged parts of your hair. This may take some time but it is worth the effort. This gel can be left on your hair for about an hour. Wash your hair after this and you will find that it shines with health. You can use other types of oils which are equally effective in keeping your hair healthy. For instance, you will find that warm coconut oil is very effective in keeping your hair looking soft and healthy. Similarly, you can also use olive oil, which is also very effective. Adding some dried lemon peel to the oil and leaving it out in the sun for about ten days, ensures that the essence of the lemon peel is mixed in the oil. This makes the oil very effective in giving you shiny hair. In addition to the lemon peel you can also add other things like fenugreek seeds, or dried pieces of Indian gooseberry. Both these are very effective in keeping your hair looking healthy and shiny. Break two raw eggs in a bowl. Add a few drops of lemon juice to this and a few drops of honey too. Mix well and then apply on your hair and scalp. This helps keep your hair looking shiny. You can also use lemon juice on your hair and scalp just before you wash your hair.

You will find that making some changes to your diet will also be reflected in the quality of your hair. Avoid eating oily and spicy food, food that is made out of white flour and food that contains cheese. Instead, you should eat salads and fruits. The drinking of fruit juices is also recommended for the difference it can make to you and your health. Protecting your hair from the sun and pollution when you go out also helps keep your hair looking healthy.
